Just loved the outdated furniture and the blinking lights in the room, and who needs an espresso machine or a fridge anyway? Can't believe they didn't add my stay to my membership because I booked through a third-party site, unreal!

This hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that more than fulfilled our needs. the impeccable service by friendly and attentive staff, the serene and tranquil Spa & wellness centre, and the refreshing infinity pool overlooking stunning views were highlights of our stay. the restaurant served delectable dishes for the continental breakfast, and the poolside snack bar offered a variety of delicious treats.

This became particularly noticeable as we tried to charge our mobile devices and dispose of disposables during these times.

The waterfront restaurant at the hotel is a hidden gem. The combination of amazing food, cozy ambiance, and relaxed charm made it one of the most sought-after dining spots in Dubai. It felt like stepping into a little slice of French paradise, right in the heart of the city.

Always my first choice! Amazing amenities, from Free Wi-Fi to VIP check-in. Remembered my boarding pass! Perfect for holiday: infinity pool, 24-hour room service, and more. Never disappoints. I keep coming back for a reason!

I recently stayed at Intercontinental in Dubai for a few nights for leisure purposes. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the complimentary orange juice and free internet while waiting for my room. The hotel had a spacious pool area with attentive staff, creating a festive atmosphere with palm trees. The gym was well-equipped and included a sauna and steam room. The room itself was spacious with a comfortable bed, ample storage space, and a great view from the bath tub. The hotel's location was convenient, with a direct connection to a nice shopping mall and food court, and it only took me less than 5 minutes to reach from the airport. The staff at the entrance were extremely helpful and kind, providing all the guidance I needed.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The view from the room was fantastic, especially during the Christmas season when the city was beautifully lit up with festive lights. The location of the hotel was also great, conveniently connected to a shopping mall where we could easily find shops and restaurants.

This hotel is a gem located in a bustling shopping district with a fantastic restaurant that attracts a diverse range of guests. The location is perfectly positioned near a variety of attractions, such as the impressive World Trade Center and the highly-rated Dubai Festival City mall. The room and bathroom are comfortable and beautifully maintained. The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast is delightful, and the view is spectacular. The facilities and amenities are excellent, including air purifiers in some areas of the hotel.

The karaoke and casino facilities are not available at this hotel.

The kids club offers safe and supervised ways for kids to learn and experience new things, from unique climbing walls to arts and crafts. It made our stay truly family-friendly and allowed us as parents to enjoy some relaxation knowing our children were in good hands.

My wife says that the kids would have loved a larger pool area with more space for them to play and swim freely.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect as it is close to the airport and next to a great mall, making it very easy to access nearby attractions. The hotel facilities were great, with a pool area that offered a lovely view of the city. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any request. Finally, the breakfast was amazing, with a lot of options to choose from.

Room had a spacious size and great view. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was well-equipped with toiletries. Staff were responsive, efficient and attentive to requests. Good location for shopping with convenient walkway. Club Lounge and Spa were both exceptional.

The various lounges provided a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy our time. The direct access to the attached mall was a huge plus, making it convenient for us to shop and explore without having to leave the hotel. we had a wonderful stay.

We felt very fortunate to have stumbled upon this hotel as it offered everything we needed and more. There was no reason to complain about our experience.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel's decor is absolutely stunning, with elegant and spacious common areas that are perfect for leisurely strolls or just sitting and admiring the beautiful surroundings. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with well-lit and clearly marked corridors, comfortable seating areas, and convenient amenities for older guests.

I would only ask for better vacation for senior people is for more attentive and respectful service from the younger staff.
